A California licensed Broker/Agent, Al began his career in reinsurance brokerage, was an early proponent of quantitative risk modeling tools (Catastrophe Modeling) for reinsurers while at Guy Carpenter (EQECAT), migrated to Enterprise Technology management at Marsh and subsequently led business development efforts on the West Coast for a leading Risk Management / Business Process Management software services provider.
